1)Peel the potatoes, throw out potato skins, cut potatoes into thin slices
2)Slice the cheese
3)In a casserole dish, layer the potatoes, then layer the cheese slices on top, continue doing a layer of potato slices, then layer of cheese till the top of the casserole dish
4)Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
5)In a 2 Qt sauce pan over medium heat melt 3 tablespoons butter.
6)Mix in flour until smooth
7)Mix in milk, stir until comes to a boil and thickens
8)Pour in the cream sauce all over potatoes in casserole dish
9)Cover and Put Casserole dish into oven and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
10)Let cool for 5 minutes then serve
