4th of July Fireworks

Update and Prayers:

We heard the news of the Highland Park Independence Day Parade mass shooting. The media reports indicate 6 people have loss their lives in this senseless tragedy. This is such a sad day for our society.

Our prayers and thoughts are with all the folks in Highland Park.

The information we have at this time is that the fireworks for Itasca and Rolling Meadows are canceled.

Media reports indicate the fireworks in the surrounding towns of Highland Park are canceled including Buffalo Grove.

Please take a moment of silence for the families, the injured, and those who lost there lives in Highland Park today. God Bless to all.

This event, with fun for the entire family includes food trucks from Doctor Dogs, Dairy Queen, Aunt Tina’s Sound Bites, and Kona Ice along Bryn Mawr Ave. starting at 7:30 p.m. and a fireworks display at dusk.

7/4/2022 Update: Due to the Highland Park shootings, The Village of Itasca has canceled its July 4th fireworks, however they do state they will be rescheduled.

Breathtaking fireworks, synchronized to pop music, movie music and patriotic music broadcast on a concert-quality sound system, will begin at 10:00 p.m.

Admission to the event is free.
On-site parking is available for a donation of $25 per car.
